Decks Unique Inc of Commack, NY was awarded Two COTY (Contractor of the Year) award from the NARI-NY (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) for 2018. Decks Unique won Gold for Residential Landscape Design/Outdoor living project under $60,000 and a won Silver for Residential Landscape Design/Outdoor living project under $60,000.
This multi level Trex deck was built in Dix Hills, NY. The primary color is Tixi Torch with gravel path accents, Railing is Trex revel in bronze. When designing this deck their were a multitude of problems, There was a 13' difference in elevation from the lower pool area. The design incorporates two separate dining areas connected by sweeping staircases.
This Timbertech deck was built in Shorham, Ny. The primary color is Tigerwood and Mocha accents, The railing was curved timbertech rail in black. The homeowner wanted a "wow" deck and challenged the designer to create it and he did! He designed a 1000 sq ft fully curved masterpiece. It took approximately 35 hours of bending of rail and decking to create the look.

Decks Unique won for Residential Exteriors exceeding $200,000. The Bay Club residential complex is in New York City and was recognized as one of the 10 Best Residential Building in New York City. Located in Bayside, the facility has over 1,000 premier condominiums.
The facility's management and board embarked upon providing a new common area outside their fitness and indoor pool in 2013. The project was approved by the associations' board of directors in 2014 and was completed in December of 2014. The deck featured Trex's Tree House color decking with Vintage Lantern color border. The project included a number of white pergolas, stairs, handicap ramps, railing, fencing, tree boxes and bulkheads capped with Trex Vintage Lantern Deck Boards. The project which required over a tractor trailer load of decking materials took just under four weeks to complete.
